j'adore long walks. from tanjong pagar to bugis and i could have ventured over to orchard if not for the peak hour (was at tanjong pagar at 3plus and left bugis at close to 6). and i realised how near tanjong pagar is to raffles place. reached amoy food centre in like 10mins after i left international plaza!

next time shall try outram to tanjong pagar. shall aim to figure out how to walk all over singapore. (:

had an immense sense of satisfaction after i've borrowed books, even though i wanted to borrow more because there's simply too many books to read! (strangely none ain't chinese. :P) like now i have a bartending book, a some sort of history epic novel (The Boleyn Inheritance, which happens after The Other Boleyn Girl, which focused on the story before Anne became Queen and until she died. but it was her sister Mary who's narrating), a London guidebook and a leadership book. hur. now i'm quite into England royal history, especially into the times pre and during the Elizabethan era around the 1500s. (:

was quite happy that i can nua at home until i meet fangyi at 3plus to go shopping until i received a call about having two meetings tomorrow. SIGH. but i shall make myself happy by trying to make pancakes for breakfast! (:

ohyes in case you're wondering how come i can walk around when it's a working day today (yes i do notice that), i ponned work today. got sold easily after my brother suggested ponning since i dun feel like going to work. and sheryl told me that i only hafta go into office on tuesday afternoon after they sort things out with HR and DGM on monday and tues morning all except meimei got seminar. mm that means i wun see the japs/chinese anymore! yamada-san greeted me ytd you know. heh.
