what a packed day.

rushed over to SAV for the Group Investiture in the morning. nostalgia overwhelmed me as i took 857 and walked into the SAV. e field facing SAJS hall has changed to synthetic field and i'm like WTF? cant find the scouts until kenneth called me and i chionged all the way upstairs to the gym and got changed into my uniform before entering.

was the state flag holder along with grace. witnessed the investiture and crossing overs of the cubs, scouts and ventures. 8 guys crossed over to ventures today leh! so now v1s confirmed got 8 ppl liao. haha. and i didn't know sherwyn and fabian are of the same age! goodness. told fabian that the next time we would meet is probably Group Camp. ha. and davidwong is opening a muffin shop!

took photos after the investiture and then went down for brunch. after that chionged to Suntec for the ntu talks. saw nelson along the way but he didn't see me. too busy with his handphone. heh. planned to go for a series of talks from 11am-4pm but i've only got for the first 30mins of the Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Maritime Studies cuz e prof is still talking about civil engineering after 30mins of the 1hr talk. well done.

the ntu talks is like a mini reunion where i met old friends from primary school to junior college. met people like meiping agneslim qien vincent zhirong louis fiona louisa caiying brendan and dozens more. saw my ec's classmate but i soon left the place for lunch and to buy movie tickets.

then met kwangguan at Food Republic. for a moment i'm like who's that person waving at me and i wasn't even really sure that it's him when i talked to him. proceeded to leave after he answered a call but i decided to get his number from him. kinda regretted when i didn't get yizhang's number e other time cuz need to update the contact list if we are planning gatherings in the future.

after buying tickets (L: Change the World) went to basement to look for lunch. saw peh shiyun and i've even walked right in front of her but she didn't recognize me. i was looking at her face and she was looking somewhere else. RAHH. i'm positive that my looks didn't really change (i mean kwangguan yizhang shawnlim actually recognized me so i dun think it's much of an issue) so why some don't recognize me? sigh.

lunched at macs (met hanming at pastamania) and then met up with choonkeong before entering the cinema. missed a couple of minutes of the movie.

didn't really notice L in Death Note because Light Yagami is the main character. this movie focused on the last 23 days in the life of L before the final showdown with Light and his eventual death. was pretty exciting but i still feel sad after seeing the ending, because L have to sacrifice his life in order to nab Light, even though he wants to live in this world. all in the name of justice. but at least he lived his life purposefully.

me n peijun started gushing how cute L is la. especially the way he types! and his unique way of caring for the 2 kids. so sweeeeet.


after the movie went back to the hall 2 to wait for jianlin. went over to Gloria Jean's cafe and chatted and pored over the university brochures and magazines. after a while headed home and went to amk for dinner.

probably another long day tomorrow cuz william just called me about meeting hanzhen at 12.30pm at hq tomorrow! -.-
