i think i ate a lot of food for the past few days. some of them are really good food i would say.

saturday was out with BWG and shiyun to discuss chalet stuff. as usual the girls are the earliest but i hafta admit that the guys (except for congshun that is) were slightly earlier (as in not that late). went to The Cathay's basement to eat as we discussed. got my Mr Bean while waiting for the guys and ate mushroom & cheese crepe from 士林小吃. felt kinda cheated of my money cuz it's $3.20 with 6pcs and the XXL鸡排 is also $3.20. so i koped some of the chicken from the guys (guojie and weide who sat near me. dean zhiwen congshun also bought) and the fries from zhikai. heh.

after the discussion went to MacPherson sec to see NCOC POP rehearsal cuz i'm supposed to meet choonkeong to get some pointers for CPBS stuff. but he said he's gonna hand the stuff back to yihua first and see how things would turn out next year. it was great meeting up with some of the sjab people. (oh did i mention i went to SAC to aid a bit in their training on friday? i took a liking for the sec1 comp team girls. haha)

went to SingPost for dinner with one big gang of trainees and instructors. kamal was like trying to link everybody up into one big family. ha. kimberlyn brought her 5yrold malaysian cousin over cuz he's alone at home. he's cute! (he's got this mixed blood look and a cute accent when he talked! hehe)

then we went to the fountain outside and played around. then finally everybody except me eileen (teo) hweepeng choonkeong and jianlin left. we went into macs and talked. was mainly about sjab stuff and jianlin was discouraging me from going for otc next year.

sunday went to harbourfront to fetch dad from cruise (2nd bro drove) and then we had lunch at 发起人肉骨茶. the walls and the glass sliding doors are decorated with pictures with celebrities. even 荣铭 was up there. LOL. spotted Jay & 桂伦镁. heh. food was good, and for once the 猪脚 isn't the main lead. (the 肉骨茶 stall at AMK that my family frequents focused more on 猪脚 with all the savoury dark sauces.. AWW)


then it was grocery shopping at Sheng Siong in Woodlands. i really love Sheng Siong okay, cuz it has the Taiwanese goodies that i like, such as egg crisps and 方块酥. and Richfields dark chocolate with Macadamia nut which i just can't find it in fairprice & cold storage. :D

then today i had two dumplings (棕子) which my grandma bought from malaysia for breakfast at 9am plus. headed for malaysia at 11plus and had lunch at a 肉骨茶 shop. and that's e type of 肉骨茶 that i like the most. it's probably the authentic 肉骨茶 as the brew is filled with herbs! yum.

after that was some shopping and ate a cup of corn with butter. was nice! oh yes i got this lip gloss from Silkygirl at RM8.90 when it's S$7.90 in Singapore! that's why i love shopping at malaysia sometimes. :D then while on the way back ate small kaya buns and chocolate muffins from Giant which even my dad said it's nice!

that's my foodie diary. haha. 肉骨茶 rocks! :D

2 days to chalet!

p.s. the letter from the Air Force is kinda funny. the mail was first addressed to my parents, then after i opened it, it was another letter addressed to me. we need to save the trees okay! then the letter is damn cool la, it's 3D, such that the fighter plane will pop out, and there's some sort of sound thing in between the paper such that e sound of a fighter plane zooming by can be heard! either RSAF has too much money, or they are desperate to impress us so that we would sign on. haha.
