Frou Frou - Let Go

Drink up baby down
Are you in or are you out?
Leave your things behind
'Cause it's all going off without you
Excuse me too busy you're writing a tragedy
These mess-ups
You bubble-wrap
When you've no idea what you're like

Chorus:
So let go, let go
Jump in
Oh well, what you waiting for?
It's all right
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown
So let go, let go
Just get in
Oh it's all so amazing here
It's all right
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown

It gains the more it gives
And then it rises with the all
So hand me that remote
Can't you see all that stuf's essential
Such boundless pleasure
We've no time for later
Now you can't wait
You roll your eyes
We've twenty seconds to comply

(Chorus) x2

In the breakdown
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown
The breakdown

So amazing here
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown

this song is featured in one of the dances in Rapture last weekend and it's really nice. now still trying to find Mo' Ritmo which i think is a Spanish song. ahhh.

uhh. currently i'm back to my going-online-only-on-weekends routine which i had last year (think we started going online daily after my brothers finish their final exams or something), so i doubt i would be updating much, most probably once a week? yeah. i guess that answers to celine's exclaimation that my blog is dead. bo bian. :(

this week is slightly different from last week, cuz we had Learning Festival on wednesday and thursday. went for five courses when the minimum requirement is four. which makes me wonder why shouldn't they extend it to like a week? then i can attend more courses lo. but well, most of the popular courses were taken up once the online portal is open for registration. (it was supposed to be on friday morning, but some of us managed to log on on thursday after econs remedial. :D)

had film appreciation in school and film screening of Royston Tan's Sin Sai Hong (新赛凤) at National Museum on wednesday. National Museum is really cool! i like the living galleries alot! me huihui bernice elaine took photo inside the fashion gallery! (:

then yesterday had Dessert iLearn, sign language and kickboxing! the dessert that we've made, duchess (think it's spelt like that) taste really nice! i added ice-cream to the core and had a layer of chocolate on top the pastry like eclairs and it's marvellous after putting them inside the freezer for some time!

kickboxing is really cool, and i realised it's been so long since i've worked out. my arms and legs are aching like crazy today la! time to hit the gym or get on my bike soon! and after a's, i'm gonna sign up for courses like kickboxing, yoga/pilates, drums, guitar, dance and maybe taekwando! :D

then today. i'm having a potential eyecandy number2! haha. but my number1 will always be number1, cuz he never fails to make me happy whenever i see him! :D so he's gonna be one of the some people that i would definitely remember from SAJC! (come to think about it, Javin's definitely one of my eyecandies if i've stayed in NYJC. lol!)

i've been talking for this week (i think) about the food that i would remember and miss from sajc after i've graduated. and i've came up with quite a number so far:

1. pattaya rice and the chicken chop from the malay stall (i love the black pepper sauce! and the auntie is the first stall holder that i've gotten to know and she's a very endearing lady! no wonder everybody loves her. :D)

2. chicken cutlet, grilled fish and coleslaw from the western food stall! (seriously, they really rock! it's a pity that i only have a 30min break on fried food tuesdays and the cutlets are usually sold out after i've ended school for the day. and the coleslaw! was just eating it today and it's MARVELLOUS! better than KFC's coleslaw i tell you! and that's because it was only made the day before and they put it into the fridge overnight to make it really cold and crunchy! and the stallholders are really polite and nice!)

3. mee goreng from the hokkien mee stall! (it's probably one of the sweetest mee goreng i've ever eaten and there was this point of time i was wondering if it was cooked in the prawn mee way and then just added some tomato sauce to differentiate it from prawn mee or something. but it's great! gonna eat it next week! :D)

4. lime juice ice blended from the fruit stall! (i always add longan to it and it would give me brain freeze! and strangely i dun drink other juices. lol)

5. egg mayo sandwich from pop cafe! (i love it when it doesn't have tomato and has a strong taste of pepper! :D)

the rest is well, still okay la. still edible but doesn't leave that deep impression in me. and i wanna add that i like the dry mee hoon kuay from Broadway and the coloured pearls from the bubble tea shop opposite Potong Pasir CC and the T cube cafe somewhere near MacDonald's. one of the cub scouts' mother owns the shop! (the cub is in my group during group camp and i think his name is pronounced as wencillus.)

bad time to talk about food mann. not after i've eaten SOOOO MUCH for steamboat at home just now and is now trying to finish my bubble tea. ohmann!

the ocip people are having selection camp from like this evening till tomorrow... how fast a year has just gone by mann. to think that last year around this time i was attending the camp! sigh.

okay this entry is really LONGGGG. shall stop for now. haha!

there's a life out there for me
