first day at SAJC.

met up with michelle.ngui in the MRT (we took the North-South line and then changed to the North-East line and alighted at Potong Pasir). in the North-South line train, got this SA guy, (same age as us) whom mich knew, reminded me of waicheung. zzz. but later on in e day, during break, i showed chunlok the guy and he agreed that the guy's eyes and skin colour got the waicheung feel. LOL.


at Potong Pasir, met up with zakiah and 2 other girls and then we headed for SA. seriously, at then (or even before i left the house) i was like, I'M GOING TO A NEW JC! but it's in the bad way lar. was smsing gerald while on the way about how i felt and he agreed with me that we missed 0622 A LOT! =( and that made me want to appeal back to NY le (and also after what mich told me abt SA)


then met up with chunlok after much confusion. i told him that to meet at the entrance, then i went in via the side gate and i told him to meet at the canteen. then i reached the General Office and i realised i dunno how to get to canteen. eventually he came and met me at the General Office and we then headed for Cultural Centre. damn BIG nia.


sat with the Chung Cheng High Main School girl, shi min, whom audrey introduced me to yesterday night (and later on, renjie told me abt the girl too). but she went on talking to yun wei more. and the girl on my left, melanie, went on talking to esther, who was on her left after i've tried to have some small talk with her. bleah. ended up smsing cally. they sat at the usual spot in LT4 lor!!! =x


had Principal's talk first, followed by Subject Combination & Registration talk. then had break from 9.45am to 10.45am. before i left the Cultural Centre for break, i tried saying hi to 2 guys who sat behind me. but they were from OG13. ah wells.


queued at the Malay store to buy the chicken chop which was damn ex ($1.20 for that piece of chicken chop + thousand island dressing! goodness) but was damn nice too with mich zakiah. then went on to buy lychee ice blended (it has some cut fruits and nata de coco at the bottom of the cup! nice nice. but the cut fruits a bit sour nia) and one packet of Hello Panda chocolate flavour. and this summed up to $3. at NY i could have gotten myself full with one bowl of noodles from Soupy Place at $1.50 lar. and maybe with one cup/packet of Milo at 70cents. GAHH.


went searching for the designated room for my OG, OG14, for today's Civics with shimin yunwei melanie esther vernice (not sure that's the correct spelling. but it sounded liddat) when we found the classroom, i was awed by the sight of the people who sat at the first two rows. majority wore Saints PE tshirt, or the Once a Saint, Always a Saint tshirt, or the full uniform. sat at the second last row.


then we started self-introduction. surprise surprise, i'm the first one to be called again. according to what i've heard, we're grouped into OGs according to our NRIC number. that means i'm the oldest! but later, found out that got another girl whose birthday is 2 jan. phew.


before i stood up (cuz the OG tutor, Mdm Ang, was looking elsewhere so i didn't stand up immediately), a guy in the Saints PE tshirt and sitting in the first row stood up. and he said he got gender confusion. *rolls eyes* so i said i have gender confusion too. *rolls eyes even more* did self-intro lo. said i like to surf net, is from St John's in secondary school and then joined soccer during first 3 months. when i said i joined soccer, i noticed that the Saints guy who stood up earlier looked kinda surprised. lol.


then went on with other people's introduction. at one point of time, i kinda met up with the Saints guy's eyes and we were like, what-ing each other (as in the tilt the head gesture to indicate 'what' in the ah beng way). it kinda got out of hand. LOL.


when it was his turn to intro, he said his name is Ong Zhen Jie, he's from River Valley High and in NCC, he like to pump people and has pumped his seniors before. then his first 3 months is in PJC (Pioneer JC) and think he joined ODAC. then at SAJC maybe he'll join soccer to help them pump the soccer balls. lol.


then the guy on his right is called Wong Zhen Jie and is from RV too. the foreigner-looking guy on his left is called Yijie and the guy beside the foreigner-looking guy is called Kalib (or sth liddat). actually, except for e 2 gers who didn't wear any Saints related clothes in the second row, all bluffed about their names. as in, they exchanged names. LOL.


so the Saints guy is called Yijie actually and is from HCI. when i heard his name initially, it reminded me of another Yijie who's in the same batch as me and used to be the Head Prefect of SAS. (i've been to the investiture last year)


and got 2 gers who used to be from St John's. FINALLY i met someone from SJAB. happy! one is from Nanyang Girls High (zone 5) while the other is from Nan Hua High (zone 7) and i think her name is called huihui or sth. and the Nan Hua girl is going for OTC! after she had introduced herself and had sat down, i asked her if she's going for OTC and she said yar. then i high-fived with her and said see ya at OTC. heh. (:


ended early, even after those people cleared the confusion of their names. then dunno who (think is Yijie) said close the doors and then say 'let's go for OG outing!' i was kinda stunned. cuz it's VERY RARE for OGs to go for outings on the day they met!! wows. OG14 is NOT BAD after all. (:


stayed in the room for a while before we headed for the cafe (aka the canteen) to decide where to go. and i was kinda attracted to the idea of going with my OG. but i need to find michelle.chin first, cuz i've fixed to go back to NY today with her. so i went into the cafe while they were still deciding. told michie that i would confirm whether i'll go back with her and then went back to the spot where my OG was standing moments ago. but they were gone. GAHH!


so headed back to NY with michie. met shiukit in the canteen and found out that he's posted to NY. met cally too. after the H2 Physics lecture ended in the hall, met congshun keeran nazrin. ha. and then ran upstairs to second floor's toilets which are the nearest to the hall, to meet up with some 0622 peeps: audrey wingyan renjie cheohao henry. cheohao seems stunned to see me there. HAHA.


then we went down to the canteen to collect me and michie's bags. hongqing got a new hairstyle. quite nice. HAHA. met yuduan! heh. and after me and cheohao's meeting up with old friends (me first then him), we finally headed for Yu Kee store to meet up with zhifeng.


din eat cuz was still kinda full. then chatted lar. one of the uncles asked me why i dun eat cuz it's probably like the last time i'll go there eat? gahh. if i've known that i would go to Yu Kee store to eat, i wouldnt have eaten at SA lar. =x


after lunch, walked back to NY cuz need to walk to the bus-stops. felt as though it's a Thursday and we are heading back for Econs tutorial after lunch. GAHH! if only i've chosen NY as first choice.. then i would reunite with some of the Andersonians and i'll be with 0622.. sadd.


actually, today i went back is partly because i wanted to take the appeal form. in the end i didn't, even though i had the urge to when i saw him again. but i can't force things to happen, you noe. I'll really miss him, but well, i knew very well that i wouldn't have a chance at all.. yupp.


and i'm fickle-minded. gahh. found one guy quite 顺眼 to look at in SA le. hehes.


tomorrow's gonna be Induction! it's boot-camp like (lunch is biscuits and water! goodness) with Mass PT lar! =x and it's ending at 7.30PM!!!! argh!!


so i'm preparing food to eat during the workshop. =D


and then after Induction will be Orientation by the Student Council on Wednesday and Thursday. think will be fun too. me and michie even planned to bring NY's Project X tee as the extra dark coloured tee. hehe.


and i realised the good thing abt having orientation before the March holidays: we can go out during the hols! (:
